NAMI Family-to-Family class is a free, 8-session educational program for family, significant others, and friends of people with mental health conditions. It has been designated an evidence-based best practice by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, the umbrella organization for all mental health programs in the U.S. Research shows that participating significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to a person with a mental health condition.

Includes presentations, discussions, and interactive exercises by NAMI-trained family members who have been there.
